Nowadays, unemployment is a big problem in the world and Ukraine is not an exception. Of course, people can easily find temporary jobs like a loader, a waiter or a cashier at the supermarket. These professions don't need any special education or qualification.But for those people, who have a higher education is very difficult to find a job exactly in such sphere and specialization. People are faced with many problems, including a shortage of experience, bad working conditions, low salary etc. To my mind, the best way to find a job is not to be so ambitious in the beginning of the career. People should understand that it isn't possible to get all in one moment. So, if you want to have a good career ahead, let's start with a little!
As I think, unemployment is a one of leading problems in Ukraine. The problem of unemployment is a major socio-economic problem of our time. According to researches, unemployment is the most topical issue in countries with transformational economies like Ukraine, where no effective mechanisms of labor market regulation have been formed, and where no approaches to youth employment have been found. Talking about reasons of unemployment, I think, one of the main reasons is vicious circle. Young people can’t find job suitable personally for them, because they haven’t work experience and they can’t get work experience because they can’t find nice job. To say nothing of increasing number of employees in the shadow sector, the emerging child labor markets and etc. Actually I don’t know what is the best way to find a job, but I speculate the best way to find a job is searching it in the Internet, because we live in contemporary time. New time demands new rules as for me. Due to the Internet we can find job which we want and send e-mail our CV to our further employer, without leaving house, like for me it’s so conveniently. So I think the Internet is the best way to find a job.
I think, that the problem of youth employment is very actual. Unemployment is a reality for many young people. Most of young people get higher education, because it is in basion in our life. They all go to institutes or universities and even academies. But the quality of education nowadays leaves much to be desired. As a result the country will have a lot of specialists especially doctors, dantists, managers and others. But their quality will be very low. To my mind, the best way to find a job it is a right of choosing profession. Because, the choose a profession is a very important in our life. It is a good idea to begin by attempting to define in clear terms what your requirements are from a profession. This involves taking a realistic view of your strengths and weaknesses. Unfortunately, many young people today, no matter what they do or how hard they try, just can't get a job.
Of course, Ukraine and many countries is suffering from unemployment. It may be the case in humans, or in access to higher education? Maybe that is not the ambition, rather mentality. Desire a lot of money for a small labor. Laziness. Why bother if you can win the lottery. The best way to find a job is to try and improve. And to know where to look. Start small and gradually go for to great. And all require work experience, but no one provides ((No one wants to hire a specialist because of his poor training takes a lot of resources. And nobody wants that ... if People should make compromises with each other and then we get a new society.
Getting a job is a problem which every person earlier or later faces.To find a good job when your are young and do not have working experience is rather difficult.There are many ways to get your first job.The first place where you can ask for a job is the organization where you are undergoing practical training. Then you may ask your friends and relatives for help. You can also go to a personnel agency and look for it in newspapers. When you find an interesting vacancy, you are to prepare your resume. Try to write only necessary information, tell about your education, experience, additional knowledge and skills. Before the interview it’s better to get at least minimum information about the company you are planning to get a job. Then choose suitable clothes and sleep well.
Unemployment is a pressing problem for many countries.Unfortunately, this phenomenon has not been spared and Ukraine. Large number of people do not have the ability to get a job. Most often this problem faced by students after finishing the education becoming victims of a vicious circle. Almost all employers require a lot of experience at the same time not giving the benefit of this experience to young professionals. As for the job search. From my point of view in order to find a good job, you must be a good expert in their field, which is an integral part of a good education. Your profession should be well in demand in the labor market. Also a big role to play desire to work. As the saying goes "All good things come to he who waits".
On my opinion ,unemployment is very important problem in the world and Ukraine is not an exception .I guess one reason of uneployment is political and economic crisis . Also in Ukraine too many universities because every fifth unemployed has high education . I know a lot of ways to find a job ( for example: job advertsetc ) ,but i think the most effective way to find a job is labor exchange . So hard to get a job after university without practice and some expierence. Because every employer want to get employee who has high education with no less than two-three years of expierence.And as a result we get vicious circle ( We can't to get good job without expierence in thoose time as obtain them nowhere ).

I think that nowadays an unemployment problem is a painful one for lots of ukrainian people, but you shouldn't just blame the system or government. You have to study hard and work hard to build your future by yourself. For example, one of the important point to find great job, it's a knowledge of languages. So, I think, that if you had worked hard in university or got some extra diplomas which demonstrate that you're a specialist in languages, you can easily find a great job, Cause employers are always try to find a professional and skilled person, which can do a lot of things and absolutely reliable
Unemployment is a major problem in Ukraine. Some unemployed justified by the fact that they have not opportunity to find a job and that there is not a normal job. Although , if you look at the ads you can find a lot of work . This shows that people have not desire to work . The opportunity always exists and it all depends on the willingness of a person, if he is ready to work on themselves , to develop their skills . Naturally, a good job does not come itself , we should start from the bottom and gradually increase , and only that you can achieve some success in the job.
