  1. Thank you for this funny video!As for me,I like salads.And my favourite one is A Caesar salad.The recipe is very simple:Bake chicken breast in oven until cooked. Wash lettuce in a bowl of cold water and dry using a clean dishtowel or a salad spinner. When leaves are dry tear them into smaller pieces and add to salad bowl.Add a desired amount of croutons and parmesan cheese.Cut chicken breast into cubes and add to salad.Add lemon juice and some oil.(Паврос Ольга)

  2. Every Sunday at the breakfast time I eat an omelette. It is very simle to prepare it and we do not need a lot of ingredients, that are 3 eggs, milk or water, cheese, onions, mushrooms, chicken, sausage, or bacon. First break the eggs into a glass or plastic bowl and beat them until they are completely mixed (the yolks and the whites). You can either use a fork or wire whisk. Add a splash of milk or water. Then pour butter onto the pan and fry onions, mushrooms and sausage and pour on the eggs. At this stage you can add salt, pepper, and other spices to the eggs. Sprinkle shredded cheese over eggs. You will know that the omelette is done when there is no liquid left in the eggs. (Charskaya Julia)

  3. My favorite dish is simple but very tasty and delicate.It is chicken salad with pineapple.
    Ingredients:
    Boiled chicken fillet
    5-6 rings of tinned pineapple
    2-3 table-spoons of mayonnaise
    Procedure:
    To tear fillet to small pieces(fibers) Not to cut!
    To dice rings of pineapple;
    To put all ingredients together and to add mayonnaise and mix.
    If you want you can add some kernels of walnut.

  4. The recipe of Muffin became my favourite recipe many years ago,they are yummy and also it is very simple to cook.
    Ingredients:
    3 cup of cocoa.
    2 large eggs.
    2 cups of flour.
    1 cup of chocolate chips.
    1 cup of sugar.
    2 teaspoons of soda.
    1 cups of milk.
    1 cup of oil.
    1 teaspoon of vanilla.
    1 teaspoon of salt.
    First of all you need to preheat your oven to 250°
    After that, in a large bowl, combine the cocoa, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and vanilla and stir in half a cup of chocolate chips.
    In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and milk and add the egg/milk to the other ingredients.
    Put the batter into the prepared pan.
    Bake for about twenty minutes.
    That's all, your muffins are ready!!!

    As for me, my favorite dish is pizza with shrimps and
    mussels
    Ingredients:
    1 cup warm water
    1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
    2 1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch sugar

    large shrimps
    mussels
    2 tomatoes
    fresh parsley
    Tomato Sauce

    In a large bowl mix well the yeast, sugar and water. Add oil, salt and 1 cup of the flour and wix all together with a spoon. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 1 hour.

    Place the dough in a lightly oiled pizza pan and put on tomatou souse, mussels, tomatoes and shimps, onion, cheese. In preheated oven, bake it at 190C degrees for 8 minutes until almost cooked.

  7. Oh that's such a good video!Actually I love chocolate brownies.But I'm not a very good baker,so I used to buy the brownie mix in a supermarket,putting there an egg and oil:)But they were very tasty,too.

    I love mushrooms and I put them to almost all the food I cook.One of my favourite meals is mushroom soup.And here are some directions,how to cook it:
    5 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
    3 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 cup half-and-half
    1 tablespoon sherry

    In a large heavy saucepan, cook mushrooms in the broth with onion and thyme until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    In blender or food processor, puree the mixture , leaving some chunks of vegetable in it. Set aside.
    In the saucepan, melt the butter, whisk in the flour until smooth. Add the salt, pepper, half and half and vegetable puree. Stirring constantly, bring soup to a boil and cook until thickened. Adjust seasonings to taste, and add sherry.

  8. The guy is hilarious! I must say that sometimes I cook in exactly the same way :)
    Here is a very simple recipe of an apple-pie (which is actually my speciality):
    4 eggs
    2 cups of sugar
    2 cups of flour
    1/2 teaspoon of soda
    5 big sour apples
    cinnamon (if you like it)

    First peel the apples, cut them into slices and put them on the bottom of a baking pan (well buttered, of course). Powder the apples with cinnamon.
    Mix up eggs, sugar, flour and soda, put the mixture on top of the apples. Bake it at 175C degrees for 40-45 minutes.
    The pie is ready. Enjoy!

  9. One of my favorite dishes is Stewed Cabbage. It is very simple recipe.
    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 medium head cabbage, grated
    2-3 spoons of tomato paste
    Salt and sugar to taste.
    Directions:
    Melt butter in a frying pan. Add onion, carrot and saute them for 15 minutes, then add 2-3 spoons of tomato paste.
    Put cabbage in to pan and stew it, reduce heat to low, about 20 minutes. Adding a little water if need be.
    Mixed onion and carrot with cabbage, give salt and sugar to taste and stew vegetables more 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

    Now I would like to share with you my favourite recepie.It a recepie of a French chocolate pie!
    Prep Time: 25 minutes
    Cook Time: 10 minutes
    Ingredients:
    1 9" Hot Water Pastry
    3/4 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 Tablespoons brown sugar
    1 (1-oz.) square melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled
    2 (1-oz.) squares melted semisweet chocolate, cooled
    2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch salt
    3 pasteurized eggs
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  11. Hello!!! I really liked this video. It is very funny, not like other videos about how to cook. I'd like to share with pizza recepie. Here it is:
    DOUGH:

    1 Package active dry yeast

    2 teas. Sugar

    1 1/4 cups Warm water

    2 3/4 cups All−purpose flour

    1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

    3 tbls. Olive oil

    1 teas. Salt

    TOPPING:

    1 cup Pizza sauce

    12 oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/2 lb. Ground beef, crumbled, cooked

    1/4 lb. Italian Sausage, crumbled, cooked

    1/4 lb. Pork Sausage, crumbled, cooked

    1/2 cup Pepperoni, diced

    1/2 cup Canadian bacon, diced

    1/2 cup Ham, diced

    1/4 lb. Mushrooms, sliced

    1 small Onion, sliced

    1 Green bell pepper, seeded, sliced

    2 oz. Grated Parmesan cheese

    1. For dough, sprinkle yeast and sugar into warm water in small bowl; let

    stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.

    2. Mix flour, cornmeal, oil and salt in a large bowl; make a well in the center

    and add yeast mixture. Stir to form a soft dough, adding more flour if

    necessary. Turn onto a floured board and knead until dough is supple

    and elastic, 7 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl, cover and let rise

    in a warm spot until dough has doubled, about 1 hour. Punch down.

    3. Roll dough to a 13−inch circle. Transfer to an oiled 12−inch pizza pan,

    folding the excess over to make a small rim. Spread with pizza sauce;

    sprinkle with all but a handful of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with

    meats and vegetables. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan

    cheese. Let rise in a warm spot about 25 minutes.

    4. Heat oven to 475 degrees. Bake pizza until crust is golden, about 25

    minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

  12. Nice video, start to think that I look while cooking is clumsy and ridiculous in the same way.
    So, my recipe of Eggy Bread:
    3 eggs
    5(or so) Slices of bread
    milk
    spices
    A pan!

    Crush eggs into a bowl, mix them and add some spices.
    Dip the slices of bread in mixture of beaten eggs and milk. Fry the slices of egg-coated bread on both sides until they got brown and cooked through.
    You may also put the cheese or jam on them.

  13. Thanks. Very funny. But I hate to cook. I understand nothing in it. And all these recipes are accident for me.The omelette and tea is all that I can. But I like to eat tasty things. And my mum tried to teach me. But it is useless.
    I am very lazy and I like when my friends cook meal for me =)

  14. Nice video, frankly speaking I don't like cooking, but I know wonderful recepe of fruit salad:
    Ingredients:
    1 pint strawberries - cleaned, hulled and sliced
    1 pound seedless grapes, halved
    3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
    In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, grapes, kiwis, and bananas. Gently mix in peaches. Chill for 1 hour before serving.(Martemyanova)

  15. Really amusing guy and his programme. Here is 25-minute apple pie. Recipe has been tested 100 times untill perfection)

    You will need:
    1 big apple
    1 cup of sugar
    1 cup of flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 dessert spoon of household soda
    1/2 dessert spoon of vinegar
    vanilla sugar, salt

    Preparation:

    Crack and whip eggs and sugar, add slaked with vinegar soda, put and mix flour, vanilla sugar and salt. Make the mass homogeneous. Pile the apple and slice it. Heat the frying pan, add some oil and put half of the sliced apple on the pan in thin layer. The oher part add to pastry. Pour the pastry on the pan, put the lid on and wait 10 min. Open the pan and pour some oil on the edge of the pie. Wait another 10 min. Serve hot!

  16. Thank you for this video. This guy is very funny :) I have a lot of favourite dishes but now I tell you about Russian salad. Because not long ago I made it to my Norwegian family, and they all were tickled pink.
    Ingredients:
    3-4 cucumbers or pickled cucumbers
    4-5 potatoes
    300-400 gr. ham or meat
    3 eggs
    1 jar of green peas
    Mayonnaise
    Green (spring) onion
    Salt and pepper
    Preparation:
    Firstly, boil potatoes, ham, eggs separately. Then chop it in a big bowl. Cut cucumbers and put it here. Open a jar of green peas and add. Finally chop green onion. Dress salad with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

  17. Thank you for this video. It was really funny:) I would not have refused of a piece of cake;)I really like desserts, so here is recipe of one of my favorite strawberry dessert!)

    Ingredients:

    - Strawberries - 4 cups (cut into small slices)
    - Sugar - 1/4 cup
    - Cottage cheese (low fat) - 1 cup
    - Cream cheese ("Philadelphia", "Almette") - 120 g
    - Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
    - Water - 1 tbsp. l.
    - Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
    - Or almond shortbread - 8 to 10 pc.
    - almond

    How to prepare strawberry dessert:

    1. Half a strawberry shake in a blender with half of sugar.
    2. Separately, whip the cream cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and water.
    3. Chop cookies.
    4. At the bottom of the glass put biscuits up - strawberry puree, then a little strawberry plates and top with cottage cheese mass. Repeat the same procedure.
    5. When it will be ready,put the dessert in the cold for 2 hours.
    Before serving, garnish with a dessert nuts.

    1 (4 ounce) package sweet baking chocolate (such as Baker's German's Sweet Chocolate®) - broken into pieces
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1 cup margarine, softened
    2 cups white sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup buttermilk

    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup white sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 cup margarine
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1/3 cups sweetened flake coconut
    1 cup chopped pecans
    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 8-inch cake pans and line bottoms with parchment paper.
    Place the chunks of chocolate into the boiling water and stir until the chocolate has melted; set aside to cool. In a large bowl, beat 1 cup of softened margarine with 2 cups of sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in 4 egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and the chocolate-water mixture until thoroughly blended.
    Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. Beat the flour mixture into the liquid ingredients, alternating with buttermilk, in 3 or 4 additions. Beat until batter is smooth, about 1 minute.
    In a metal or glass bowl, beat the reserved egg whites until they hold stiff peaks when the beaters are lifted straight up. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter, keeping as much volume as possible. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans.
    Bake in the preheated oven until the cakes have browned lightly and a toothpick inserted into the center of a cake comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool in pans before removing.
    To make frosting, pour the evaporated milk into a large saucepan, and mix in 1 cup of sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1/4 cup of margarine, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat, and mix in the coconut and pecans, beating the frosting until cooled and spreadable. Frost and fill the cake with the coconut frosting.

  19. Yes, this video is really great. I absolutely agree with all previous posts! I have already cooked chocolate brownies and I made it really delicious!)
    What about my favourite food and the recipes of it...I think that I love everything to eat and it is very hard to choose something. But I'd like to present one recipe, which I found few days ago and have already tried it. Fried potato sticks with cheeze!

    Ingredients:
    5 boiled potatoes
    2eggs
    100 gr. of bread crumbs
    100 gr. of cheeze
    2-3 tbsp of flour
    spices

    1) To boil jacket potato then to peel it and to grate.
    2) To add eggs and spices. Then to mix it.
    3) After this to add the flour and also to mix. So the main part of potato sticks is ready.
    4) To cut the cheeze on the little sticks.
    5) Then to make potato sticks with cheeze in the middle (the hands should be wet), to roll in a bred crumbs and to put them on a frying pan. To fry them from every side about 2 minutes.
    Then to pur them on a beautiful plate and to serve it as an appetizer.

    For this we need:
    1 cup shortening
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda.
    3 cups flour
    and chocolate
    Cream shortening and brown sugar. Add eggs and cream well. Add vanilla, salt, baking powder.. Add flour one cup at a time and mix well. Finish off your cookie dough with chocolate .Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Cookies ready.
