When I wake up and see a rain outside, I may say: “Oh my God!” or “It’s cool!” Our choice depends on our preferences. And we can’t exactly say what the weather is good and what is bad for everybody. That’s why I may say: “There is no good or bad weather, there is our attitude to it.”
It's topical statement,especially in these days when we have 15 degrees below zero outdoors! but that's the beauty of it. At least we've put on caps,we've got from the wardrobes our fur coats!We could see snow-real winter snow! All we wanted- to grab the sleigh and let's go to toboggan! I like it! I think there is no such thing as bad weather at all. That depends on your attitude, because you can sing in the rain and dance in the snow, there is good weather to go for a walk and good weather to sit at home with a cup of tea and favourite book. But if you look out of the window in the morning and start with some nasty remark like: "Oh, I hate the weather like this!", even if couple of days ago you were running with your friends in the same rain, or snow, or fog, and you were laughing - it's not about the weather, it's about you. Have a good attitude to everything, and the weather will always be good :)

I like it. For me i prefer rainy weather, but for example my best friend hates it. Tastes differ. Bad it or good depends on our mood, tastes and of course climatic zone, because for us -17 it's bad but for Novosibirsk residents it's okay.(Пастушина)

For instanse Mr. Jack don't like sharp frost and cloudy weather, cause he feel himself worse and he is in depression. Nikky adore when it's hot and windy ,cause she is a fan of windsurfing, but at the same time Mrs. Milston feel worse ,cause she has a problems with heart and vessels.it's invented persons,but i think there are a lot of people such these in real life. For instance, take winter...it`s very cold outside and what do you think??? of course "oh! I am cold! I want winter finish, I want it to be more warmer!!" Am I right?)) In summer we want the weather be not so hot but warm. Secondly, I would like to add, that sometimes do we like the weather or not, depends on our mood. As for me when I am sleepy in the morning, I don`y like nasty, cloudy or windy weather but there are some people who like rainy weather...To sum up... people are different and the weather is also changeable...there will never exist the weather when everybody will say that that is the exact weather they were expecting for!!))
